[7.080] after fresh install, ssh loginuser and root dont work

Maybe its a feature, but after my problem with CM__admin, 
i install my asg from sai 7.006
than i apply all up2dates til 7.080 manually
with 7.080 i restore a backup created with 7.080
than i update to 7.086

Today i try ssh, but i can´t login-> wrong Pass . (But my Pass was correct)
After change Pass for loginuser/root, i was able to login.

    Ist really normal behavior ?

    But when its normal, why the TAB Shell Access will be enabled after restore, and passwords dont work  ?

    THis is how it's always worked, even in Version 6.  One good reason for it to function in this matter is to allow one to reset the admin webadmin password by simply restoring the backup to a clean system. One can reset the webadmin password from the console that way.  If restoring a backup reset the SSH and root passwords, there wouldn't be a "back door" to use to reset the admin login in Webadmin.  We just always make a point of setting the SSH and root passwords after installation.
