eDirectory not syncing or updating correctly

Restarting edirectory authentication and proxy profiles + reboot seems to have allowed my test machine to login to eDirectory seemlessly. 
However I logged in as a student, authenticated correctly, and have since logged out and back in as three seperate users but still authenticate as the original student that logged in this has been happening for over 20 minutes without updating.

Sync interval is set to 20.

I logged madespee off at 13:47 and have not logged that username back in. For the last 20+ minutes toc, testt, and teachertest have all been using the machine with 192.168.4.33 ip address.
