[7.086] problems with blacklist/whitelist definition [NOTABUG]

Hi,

i played a litte bit with blacklist/whitelist definitions in proxy profile filter definitions. I found the following problem in the user interface.

In a whitelist filter i added a special item as allowed in the whitelist. This item is "0" (only the character zero). OK it is not a correct URL, But we can apply it, even a simple name check f.e. for duplicate items is realiszed.

I can save the filter as well. Then i want to add another item into the whitelist. But it is not possible to add - no reaction was seen by clicking to the green plus-sign.

After saving the not changed filter the item was deleted automatically.

I think the whole reaction in the user interface is not OK. (the URL is not valid too).
