[7.086] problems with umlauts in URLs [NOTABUG]

Hi.

I have found some problems with URLs with umlauts, f.e. www.grün.de and www.online-mädchen.de .

This URLs are well konown in denic.de (without any name conversion hat to know).

The DNS-resolver in 7.086 - Tools works fine, so the ASG is able to handle this URLs. But in the result the URL is not shown correct (without the umlauts). Not fine but it's not so bad.

Then I tried to use this URLs in proxy profile filters.

In a blacklist filter i added the URLs to the blacklist, but the sites were reachable from the browser without changes. Same in whitelist filter.

Then I read f.e. in wikipedia and the RFC3490. The browser converts with well known and not optional rules the URL to the corresponding IDN / IDNA format.

I think that the ASG has to interpret the names in blacklists/whitelists with the same rules.
So it is very hard to use and interpret the items in the lists.
