[7.086] End user portal , pop3 accounts box rendering issue

When you go to the pop3 accounts tab in the EUP, the box draws beyond the lines of the background page.

MSIE 7.0.5730.11 on WINXP PRO ENG.

It renders correctly with Firefox 2.0.0.9 no problem.
