Having Astaro as my SMTP Proxy for two years I've never seen a message stooped in Quarantine Manager, I now have 160. I cannot preview, release, or download these. I get a 500 error on preview, a 440 error on download, and releasing them they all come back. Users are angry.
Had too, The issues with HTTP Proxy has crippled my users experience since the start of the school year. It was restarting about 8 times a day. Killing my users connections. Since 7.100 has a complete rewrite of HTTP Proxy I was suggested to go to it. Pain's me as it does to put a Beta live into my network, my users experience was more important. So Good news: No one complains about the internet being flaky, Bad news: alot of "important" e-mail's are now stuck in Quarantine Manager.
Upon further investigation it was a 3 hour time window that had all sorts of errors. So now how do I know what happened & how to I get those e-mail's back?
