[7.080] cannot activate http proxy profile [NOTABUG]

Hi.

I defined a new proxy profile
Name ABC-Test
Position 1
Source networks: "one defined network host"
Filter assignement: NONE ! 
Fallback action: Default filter action
Operation Mode; transparant mode

I am not able to activate this profile!

I must activate in this profile at least one filter assignement before i can activate the profile.
In security - HTTP Profile - Overview the profile i tried at first are one of the examples (Guest LAN).

next test:
activate one filter assignement
activate the profile
edit the profile by deleting the filter assignement
save
=> the profile was automatically deactivated.

bug or feature? (sorry, i think it is a bug)
