Email Security - SMTP

[7.080] The confidentiality footer is not being written to outgoing emails. Neither is the anti-virus footer. Emails were sent from Exchange 2000 server with Outlook 2007 client using both HTML and text formating.

this is a case of read the instructions. it works just had to select that all outgoing mail be scanned as well.
