When deleting the autogenerated definition and try to use your own kills the the L2TP Setup ("One of the values you entered is syntactically or logically incorrect.")
There seems to be a hard wired dependency between the webmin configuration and/or confd database.
Fix: Reload old config
Reproducable: Yes, delete the L2TP-Pool again
