I'm using an ASG 120 and it seems that there are times when e-mail downloads would have issues. The POP3 client we are using is Thunderbird and Outlook. Both would report errors (RETR 0 list) or something similar.
Switching off the POP3 proxy would solve the problem. I have noticed this since 7.011 actually.
What can I do to provide more information to resolve this issue?
Which log files I should attach?
