[7.080] Possibility to add additional address to dynamic interface [CONFIRMED]

I had an additional address created before installing 7.080, which was used to access my DSL modem. It never went to status UP.

After a reboot, it was status UP, but it was created as a subinterface off ppp0, so it shows as ppp0:yfkKGW.

I have deleted the entry in WebAdmin, however it is not removing the ppp0 subinterface.

The only way I was able to get rid of the subinterface was by restarting mdw, or by rebooting the machine. I have been able to reproduce this a few times now.

Wanted to try having an extra public IP on my ppp interface, so I created the interface again on the latest beta version.

The interface would not come up, so I removed it.

However on a reboot, the interface came up as the ppp0:***x interface, and even though it was now deleted in webadmin, the subinterface is still there.

This is very easy to reproduce.

Take a machine that has PPPoE. Try to assign an additional address on the external interface.

It will not come to status up, but leave it in there. Reboot the box, it will come up, on ppp0 not ethx.

Now delete that address in webadmin, however the subinterface stays on ppp0 until mdw restarts, or a reboot.
