[7.075] DNS not working correctly? [DUPE]

When attempting to lookup www.micromine.com.au I cannot resolve the host.

My Astaro DNS is set to use two ISP DNS servers.
(One of which is the domains secondary DNS server, I host primary DNS on an internal DMZ box).

The host resolves fine on www.dnsstuff.com

So, to try and fix, I set Astaro to use DNS Request Routing.
I put micromine.com.au in the forwarders list and pointed it to our internal DNS server.
(Which I have checked has an entry for www.micromine.com.au)

Astaro is still unable to resolve this host.
I created a static entry for it in DNS settings and IT STILL WONT RESOLVE, Arggggh.

(Wont resolve using Astaro's Tools- DNS lookup and/or ping).

Clues? How can I check? DNS proxy log shows nothing.

I had the same issue. I put the interface (external) down, then brought it up. And hay presto the astaro tools worked again. Did pull out hair for a while before resorting to the above.

OK, if I remove request routing it works, (with static entry in).

Simon, please remove the static entries and the request routing, then check DNS traffic with tcpdump on the interface pointing to the ISP resolvers.

Done that.

tcpdump I'm not familiar with... I did a tcpdump -i eth1 and got logs.
But, I don't see anything like DNS name resolutions in there and none of the names I tried to resolve.

Also, www.micromine.com.au is now resolving in the Astaro Support Tool, BUT, first attempt doesnt work, but if I click it again, (within seconds) it resolves.

Once resolved it stays resolved.

Followed the suggestion above but made a stupid mouse click and disabled my internal interface, only other webadmin site open was my home machine, so I blew 7.075 away and restored from fresh ISO image of 7.075 and restored from backup file.
Previously i had upgraded from 7.011 so perhaps that's an issue here.
