[7.075] HTTP-Daemon warnings every three seconds [DUPE]

Hi,

I see a warning every three seconds in the HTTP-Daemon logfile, i use my HTTP-Proxy in tansparent mode:

The time stamp is wrong too.
the corresponding settings in the site Management - System Settings - Time and date are:
Date: 14.11.2007
Time 01:54
Time Zone Europe / Berlin

The dashboard shows also the wrong time "00:54:xx" - but i get the daily executive report every midnight with correct time-information.

I think that there ist a deep time interpretation error in dashboard / https-log.
