[7.075] Cannot delete last item in allowed networks in Proxy settings [NOTABUG]

I tried to delete the last item in allowed networks (Global Proxy Settings) because I using HTTP Profiles for the source networks so there is no further need for this item. Not only in my opinion ist must be possible to have a default proxy profile without any source networks.

Trying to delete this item brings up the following error message/popup (attachement).
