[7.075] Dashboard reports incorrect time

I live in Western Australia.

We are trialling daylight savings at the moment.

Prior to 7.075 I was running 7.011 and had to adjust timezone location to Tokyo to get time displayed correctly.
Seeing incorrect time in dashboard after update to 7.075 I thought, "Yay, they fixed DST for WA" and went and changed timezone back to Perth, Western Australia.

Now I'm unsure what is happening. 
System Settings-Date and time reports correct date and time. (Say 13:37)
But Dashboard is showing: 05:37

Same time displayed whether I choose Australia - Perth or Australia-West (Same TZ)

(We had a referendum on it 3 times and majority said no, but now the govt forced trial of it on us, coz they are so sure we'll love it if only we try it).
