[7.075] German manual unavailable in WebAdmin [CONFIRMED]

Hi,

when I try to download the german manual from the box (Support -> Manual -> German), I just get a small PDF which tells me, that there is NO german manual. 

That's wrong, as one can download the current german admin guide from the knowledge base.

Could be considered as a bug.
