[7.075] sc_servers_callback? [NOTABUG]

Saw these lines in my http proxy live log, wasn't sure what it was doing, so thought I should post it here. Looks like it is determining the quickest  server by access time?

    You're right - this is the function that gets called every 15 minutes to determine the fastest categorization server. As the result may be useful for debugging, the proxy logs it to http.log. As long as you haven't any trouble with categorization, it is safe to ignore these statements [:)]
