[7.075] Download progress window (virusscanning) [NOTABUG]

This could be my mistake but...

The download progress window isn't appearing. If I download something for example winamp from winamp.com. On Version 6.3xx the progress window is appearing. Trying to download from the same site with 7.075 it automatically opens the IE/Firefox download window. So no virusscanning.

I have set the maximum mb for scanning a file to 50Mb.

P.s. Is the progress pop-up removed from version 7?

It isn't removed. But we've changed the bahaviour of the downloader page slightly to better deal with clients that aren't javascript cabable:  In versions prior to 7.075, the downloader page was shown only on files larger than 1MB, and if they aren't of content type text/*,image/* and some other.  

Starting with 7.075, the proxy waits ~5s after starting the download. If at least 50% of the download arrived after this time, no download window is shown.

And most important: The downloader page is no indication that content is scanned for viruses - it is just there for showing progress on downloads that are taking longer than a few seconds. Content is scanned always, if not excluded from scanning by configuration.

the download progress windows isn't appearing, when I'm downloading any upgrades for my programs. It wasn't appearing when I'm downloaded an upgrade from winzip (3,8 MB by DSL 1000 not only in5 sec. the half download is done), it at any time doesn't appearing. In the 7.011 this screen appears not for all downloads.

Extending a bit on what svens wrote:

1) You never get the DL MGR for five seconds into the download.
2) If you don't get the DL MGR after five seconds, the download will still complete and AV scan will be carried out - this can take another 5-10 seconds.
