[7.075] Upgrading required two uploads (first failed)

On my system, after uploading 7.075, and then clicking apply, the ASG (being upgraded from 7.011) did not recognize that the file had been uploaded, even though the progress bar went to 100%, etc.

I logged off and back on, still no evidence that the system recognized an upgrade file had been uploaded.

Uploaded a second time, and this time it appeared and was able to run the up2date without any further problems.
