[7.075] Edit of services. Can't change protocol [NOTABUG]

If you add a service type you have to choose a type of definition.

UDP, TCP, IP ....

But, if you want to change an existing service, the type of definition can not be changed.
The service must be deleted an re-added.

This is an internal limitation of our configuration system. The problem is that for some facilities, changing the protocol of an in-use service can potentially invalidate the configuration.
