When I navigate to Packet Filter page, I get an IE message that the page contains secure and nonsecure items as shown in this screenshot:

If I click Yes, it removes all the sources, and causes some text issues as shown here:

This is in MS IE 7.0.5730.11 on English Windows XP Pro.
