[7.075] http proxy speed increase [NOTABUG]

Report a general speed increase. Boost performance at the file transfert after scanning. 1,5mb sec before, now 8mb!!!
By top the cpu load seems to be better.

After a reboot the problem of transpart proxy it's ok
