[7.075] WebAdmin may lock up when auto-creating users [CONFIRMED]

when testing eDirectory auth, and using Auth Live Log the WebAdmin locked up.

New feature prompted me regarding a current request timing out. Choosing Abort or continuing the to wait for the request both failed to resolve the lockup.

Problem manifested in IE6.

Confirmed. Can happen when the Browser sends an AJAX request while a user is auto-added to the system (Due to internal dependencies this triggers a webadmin restart).

Fix committed to CVS HEAD: Only restart the httpd when http(s) port(s) or the webadmin certificate changed, but not on user creation. Thanks for the report!
