ASG V7: HA question

I take this from the V7 Release notes:

Zero Latency HA 
The active/passive HA concept ("hot standby") has also been improved with V7 in many ways. 
I.e. the takeover time after a failure has been reduced to less than 2 seconds and IPSec 
tunnels as well as all quarantined objects will now be synchronized between master and slave, 
in addition to packet filter connections (which were already synchronized in ASGV6)

I got that information aswell but that does not answer my question

Err, it says quarantined items will be synched... Or am I missing something?

In version 7 the quarantine will be synced too. No quarantined message should get lost.

to be more precise.

The META information of processed email messages is stored in a Database on the Master.

This database gets activly replicated/syncronised instantly to the slave machine.

The message itself is stored on harddisk, the messages get synchronized of they are older than 300 seconds.
We have this syncronisation delay to not sync unneded objects, this means emails which are sent out senconds after receiving it, must not get synchronized.

If a message can not be delivered within the 300 sec, or the message is quarentined, than this message is synchronized to the slave.

This mechanism works in HA (active/passive) and cluster (active/active) mode.
