Which is the best web browser for management?
Why does IE6 takes a long time to load the management interface after signing in because of all the caching objects?
While inside the managment here are some issues with IE.
1) When selecting Definitions --> Networks, the browser stops responding for about 1 minute before the definitions show up (we have alot of definitions). Also what happend to showing the first 25 records and then having a page selection for the other pages?
2) When adding a new network definition takes about 1 minute for the browser to update. Why so long?
3) When adding a group definition the drag and drop feature is nice but the inside scrollbar on the management interface causes issues with the scroll bar on IE. When dragging and dropping if the IE scroll bar is at the bottom and a selection is made on the right to drop into the group, the item doesn't stick and flows back to the right side. But if the IE scroll bar is at the top and the same selection is made it does stick.
4) Issues when adding items to a network group and then saving, nothing happens or interface times out and have to sign back in.
While inside the managment here are some issues with Mozilla Browsers.
1) Using Firefox or Seamonkey does speed up the caching process when logging to manage the interface. However both browsers gets a "Unresponsive Script" while selecting definitions-->networks. They both do work very well with any other management portion of the management system.
