Domain joining failed everytime

Hello

Did someone succesfully connect with a Windows 2003 Server? My "old" Astaro is working fine with this server. I try it with the administrator but everytime it's unsuccesfully. My Bind user DN is CN=administrator,DC=MyDomain,DC=local is something wrong with this?

It worked for me and remote authentication for VPN users against AD works as well. Thank for you fixing that. Your user Bind DN should look like this cn-administrator,cn=users,dc=mydomain,dc=local. Looks like you just forgot to use the cn that the administrator account is located in.

sorry messed that up should be cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=mydomain,dc=local

I'm not sure what going wrong but i tried now with: cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=mydomain,dc=local and after it's not possible to join the domain. Any idea? or can i take a look at the log what's happend?

Hi all, if i try under 'support' -> 'tools' -> DNS Lookup just with my Server hostname to resolve i get this message "Host astaro not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
" what goes wrong?

Did you create a machine account for the Astaro machine?
