Email footers.

Just a few points on the email footer in the SMTP proxy...

Defining just one for all domains seems a little pointless.

We manage multiple mail domains and having the same footer applied to each is not very flexible and in fact makes the option pointless.

What I would like to see:

1) Custom footers for each email domain.
2) Support for HTML footers.
    (I hate HTML footers but marketing loves them).
3) Perhaps seperate support two?
    (ie a corporate privacy policy statement and then a logo/signature line?)
