I am seeing this error again over the weekend. I can resolve just fine from the firewall, and I am getting notifications hourly that Up2Date prefetch failed: All 2 Authentication Servers failed.
It seems that after a reboot of the gateway its working fine again. Very strange. The last thing that had happened was a hard lockup, and then a reboot, and it was working fine, but had the issue with the update servers.
