451 Temporary failure

sounds like someone (you?) is using Greylisting.

On which interface do you connect? Are you sending e-mails from outside to inside or vice versa?

Go to SMTP/Anti Spam and scroll almost to the bottom. There is the "Greylisting" checkbox. What is the current setting?

On V7 BETA this is switched on by default.

Many thanks. I ve lookup on the internet how greylisting works. And that is it.
The first time al mail gets rejected so that the send mail server wil send it again.
The idea behind is, that a spam server will send the message only once.

That is correct. If the sending mail server is configured correctly the end user should notice thing except for a delay while the sending mail server waits to deliver again. The delay can be anywhere from 10 minutes to hours depending on how often the sending mail server will attempt to deliver the message.
