Running ASL 6.836 on ESX 3.01 and network times out when moving large amounts of data between vm based guests behind ASL VM and external devices. For example if using SSH and moving large files it times out after about 20 seconds. If I change the guest VM to have its interface bypass ASL I have no issues.
Tried to transfer data with and without Intrusion Protection running and the same issue as long as my application VM is protected by the ASL VM. Anyone running ASL on VMWare ESX able to resolve this issue?
