Virus updates - there doesn't appear to

have been any pattern updates in the last couple of days.

My dashboard shows 316 which is what it was on Thursday. I know there are a number of different patterns, but without looking back though the odd megabyte or 2 of logfiles to find if there have been any updates, I don't have any indication.
Why I write is yesterday on v6.303 which was temporarily put back into service, I had over 250 http virii reported captured in the firewall.

    There hasn't been an update for some time eg about 4 days. The logfile shows that the are no files to be downloaded from the servers.

    The pattern version has not been correctly updated in the last few days, but this did not affect the function of the scanning or the up2date of the pattern files. The last pattern up2date was a virus pattern up2date about 1 hour ago;  since Nov. 16th, there have been about two dozen pattern up2dates total. The following log line indicates a successful pattern up2date package installation:

    I had turned off automatic install while trying to locate where all the downloads are going. Thought it turned off automatic download, but it doesn't. Up2date now show 342 which 26 new patterns in the last 2 or 3 hours.

    Also having problems with pattern updates. Still on 316 but it says that 429 is available. I had turned off the automatic install because it was failing and sending me emai notifications all the time. Here is the message I get in the up2date log. Any ideas about what is going on anyone?
