Due to performance reasons, this options needed to be removed.
In order to reject email, you have to scan the email for spam, during the receiving of the email. During the scanning, the connection to the sender is left open.
As Spam scanning can take multiple seconds if not longer, this lead to the fact, that the amount of emails to receive was limited.
This has been improved with a new workflow design.
That's too bad, because reject Spam/Virus' before accepting them is much more effective than accepting the mail and then processing it. Too bad it can't remain an option?
