With 'Use Prefetch Mode' @ POP3-Proxy I can't download my eMails

Hello all together,

when I switch on 'Use Prefetch Mode' at the POP3-Proxy, I can´t download my POP3-eMails. When I switch off this function, I can download my eMails.

I´m using v6.819.

Is it a bug or has anybody a idea?

Hi,
I think it is a bug. I have started threads and added info to other threads on a similar subject, but get no acknowledgement.

Maybe I need to send it to the beta support team.
