VMWare install - BUGCHECK

I am installing the ASGV7 Beta from the iso onto VMWare from scratch for SMP and the VM crashes. I've tried "noapic" and receive the same result. Installer runs fine with one CPU.

VMWare version is 2.5.2

More info - Install crashed again with one CPU. Specified "classic" (noapic) along with a single CPU and it ran until completion.

ASGv7 is 6.808
