POP3 - prefetch not working correctly

With prefetch enabled I get a no e-mail response when starting or interogating outlook. Now this is strange because I normally get about 10 or so over night plus the stuff v7b sends me.
Disable prefetch and I recieve a notice of 60 e-mails waiting for download.
POP3 proxy times out, so I have adjusted the prefetch time to 480 secs and my outlook time out to 10 minutes. POP3 proxy still times out. So e-mail receipt starts all over again. 3 copies of everything. Now up to at least 5 copies of e-mails. Disabled pop3 proxy. 
Punch hole in asg with packet filter rule and down load e-mails, about 45 unique e-mails which includes ASG messages about the reboot last night (10 hours ago). One came in with worm virus which normally get caught in the asg. 

I have re-started the pop3 proxy.

    same here.(with v6.819)
    I can't recieve email when auto prefetch enabled.

    and when I viewed End User Portal,
    It seemed ASG fetched same mail many times.
    I saw over 3000 email in End User Portal,
    But unique email was about 100-200,I think.

    Maybe it is because the mail leave in POP3 server when ASG fetched.  
    and ASG can't understand which mail was already fetched.
