in V6.808 I received an e-mail about the quaratained e-mail per user/e-mail address. Now I receive NOTHING is this broken? or should I configure it somewhere else? I thought it was generated automatecally???
Same here. I only get the summary and the executive report.
Under 6.808 I could force the system update e-mail release by changing the configuration, but that doesn't seem to work any more.
Just re-booted the asg to see if it would fix the dashboard eg reset the values, but no effect. Side effect was I received 60 e-mails (triplicates in some cases). Disabled the prefetch and re-enabled and that stopped the proxy timing out and allowed the remainig messages to download.
Still no e-mails from the asg regarding virus/spam etc updates.
