up2date problem (6.808)

Doesn't seem to be functioning properly for me, so I can't update to 6.819.
 
In the up2date log, I get:

    I posted too soon.  Did Gert's resorting trick from https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/114/t/72795 and authentication is now successful.  I'll know if everything is good in awhile after giving it time to pick up the firmware update.

    I did Gert´s trick but ...

    Where can be a mistake ? 

    Gert don't know where can be a mistake ? 

    I can make ping to Authentication Servers (DNS resolve work OK) but join to Authentication Servers over port 443 isn't possible.

    Seems there has to be an infrastructure of several items set or this will fail:
     
    1) Must have a valid gateway entered for your interface
    2) Must set the MASQ rule
    3) Must set a rule in the packet filter to allow traffic
    4) Must have a DNS forwarder set. If you have checked to get from ISP, but the list is unpopulated, then manually set.
    5) From the console, logged in as root, run Gerts' resort string in the thread referenced above.
     
    This process has worked for me on two test installs.
     
    Failing this, you can always used the link posted by Alasc above to download the update file and then upload it to your v7beta box.

    I have failed miserably to get 6.808 to download the update, same authenticated error messages as per this and other threads. I have setup Int/Masq/DG/Rule/DNS as instructed and can ping/resolve outside and update site successfully but still nothing. Even ran resort command as detailed, still no joy. Therefore downloaded the update manually as per link, and am using Management\Up2date\Advanced\Manual Up2date Package Upload to install the file. It brings the file in, but then nothing. I hit apply, but nothing ever gets updated. Still showing 6.808. Can anyone assist ? How do you actually install the update after you have manually imported it ?
