The new version looks great and works much better which is very pleasing to see and use.
Mind you this hasn't changed from v6.808.
Using the restart function under the Management menu a keyboard needs to be inserted before v7b will finish shutting down and restarting. Until a keyboard is plugged in it just sits at the "reached" (should have written the line of info down) screen. A straight shutdown from this menu item work correctly.
[Edit] I should add the asg boots without a keyboard connected.
The same bios configuration worked under v6.303 and if need be I can put v6.303 back to confirm it. V6.303 is sitting on its own disk which just has be plugged in after power off of course. This was done in case v7b didn't work too well in a user test.
Also the system doesn't beep anymore on shutdown or restart.
