I finally got my V7 working to connect to the internet. Now I found out that ougoing mail is NOT scanned by the SMTP PROXY! I also dont' see the header that it's scanned by Astaro. This is only done with incoming messages NOT outgoing messages. I use Sendmail as an internal mailserver. Should i use smarthost to get it working or transparant mode ??? Could give me some instructions how to set up that outgoing mail is scanned ( and the footer is also placed beneath the mail).

this is a good question, where i am not 100% sure about the anwser.
Please try to add your mailserver to the 'host based relay' in the SMTP Tab 'Relaying'.
I think this is the differentiator if the email is inbound or outbound.
PLease test that and post your result in the beta forum.

Well I set it allowed the complete internal network but that didn't work so I put only the mail server in the relay host section and same results. it is NOT scanned by the proxy server. I didn't configure smarthost and didn't set Transparant Mode on.
Anyone suggestions?
