pop3 proxy died and won't go again

After my reboot to overcome the high cpu usage caused by squid my pop3 proxy has gone on strike. It has lost its way and can't find the DNS. The info below is from the latest scan of the files. The proxy doesn't seem tp run when the e-mail client on the PC runs.

I have re-booted the ASG 3 times but the pop3 proxy won't start. I will try disabling and re-enabling in webadmin and see what happens.

    I have restarted the ASG and the pop3 proxy started, but still couldn't find the DNS. I have played around alot and finally came to the conclusion it is a problem with the prefetch function. I have disabled the "prefetch" and my e-mail is workling without a problem. I don;t uderstand why it was working fine with prefetch enabled until I rebooted it after the squid issue.
