When i create a Internal user for the encryption gateway with a name using Swedish letters everything looks okay in Webadmin, but the name in the exported OpenPGP key is not correctly formatted when i later import it in for instance GnuPG/WinPT. The Swedish characters in the User ID part is replaced with characters like ö instead of ö.
