webadmin don't respond under vmware

i've got exactly the same problem here

i've running astaro-security-gateway-ESX_v3-va-6_808 image von ESX 3.0.1
everything is configured properly and ssh access works, but accessing the v7 through https don't work...
...done a portscan but port 443 isn't open!
i also tried to set iptables manualy to accept everything - but i still can't connect...maybe the webadmin service don't startup properly...


running ASG v6 on ESX3 works w/o any problems...

The default WebAdmin port has been shifted to port 4444. Therefore navigate to https://YOUR_ASG_MACHINE:4444 and it should work.

But in de readme of the vmware image nothing told about the other port!!

I think they switched to 4444 partly because 443 is now used for the Enduser Portal.

OMG, can you imagine the #1 question Astaro's Help Desk will get. I bet it starts with "I can't connect to..." and ends with "...WebAdmin"
