Virus action mode

actually i do not really understand what you are asking for with the 'no action menu'?

How often does the hanging webadmin appear?

What did you do prior this happened? Navigation fast through the menus?

Hi Gert,

yes i navigated fast through the menue.

I go to Email Security -> SMTP->Antivirus.
Now i click on exceptions but webadmin stalls.
Same problem on https://v7demo.astaro.com:4444

here´s the screenshot what I mean.

As you can see there´s no menu what to do with viruses.
If you leave the menu the webadmin stalls.

Seems to be an Internet Explorer problem. I see a JavaScript error when entering that page with Internet Explorer. This prevents the page from loading completly. With Firefox the page loads fine.

I tested only with IE6 and IE7.

I had many JS errors using IE7 as well.  I found that adding the demo address to the trusted sites list then restarting the browser helped to clear those up quite a bit.
