[5.900] Still existing Bug in AUA LDIF parser

thanks again for the hint.

This bug has been fixed and commited to CVS together with 3 additional LDAP/LDIF encoding, parsing bugs/issues.

But it seems that the latest version didn't make it in into 5.900.

the next beta will fix this.

Looks exactly as in beta versions - seems like just not fixed [:(]

Is this "bug" known as 'not fixed' and will there be a up2date package soon?
Or should it be fixed and i have to search for another reason why LDAP/ActiveDirectory Auth doesn't work for me?

(but it does work for (test)users with no big data "tail"/no groups, no exchange mailbox...)

OK, found problem.
The authentication does not work, if the DN is exactly 75 characters in size. Astaro will release the bugfix in one of the next up2dates.
Workaround: Change the name for the user (add or remove one character).

In V5.205 sometimes it works (http authentication) sometimes not.

But the DN isn ´t changed at all...

Is this issue fixed there, cause I tried authentication against webmin via NTLM and it works again [:)]

Is there any offical statement ´cause I didn ´t see this issue fixed under Known_Issues V5.
