QoS problem on 5.841

When on a voip call, if I start doing an FTP upload, or even a gotomypc session (which would be medium since that is default), the voip call breaks up.  

It doesn't appear as though QoS is doing anything here.  What am I missing?  

I have used QoS with linux before going to Astaro, and it worked fine, but I had to specify the MAC address as the basis for the prioritization because I was doing NAT.  Could that be the problem?

nothing.  The QOS in v6 is the same QOS in v5.  V5's QOS does not work that well..and for me not at all.  STF for my posts about QOS in v5.

I was rather hoping for a comment from the Astaro folks re: this issue...  :-)  If I am missing something, please correct me on how I am supposed to specify QoS.
