[5.838] Slight install problem

This is more a cosmetic problem then anything but yea... the cards detect properly and have the proper names ath the summary screen but when you get to the administrative nic selection it shows Mac addies only.

System Specs
Asus P4P800 SE
Intel 3.0ghz
2x Kingston DDR400 1gb modules in dual chan config.

Short laundry list of NICs installed for test run.

Onboard Yukon Gig NIC-- Detects properly
Intel Pro1000t Server Copper Gig NIC
Intel Pro100s Dual Port 10/100 Server NIC
Intel Pro1000fx Server Fiber NIC
3com 3c905cx-tx-m

I did this first install just flat out hitting enter.  I'll also be trying the "classic" "nosmp" and "default noapic acpi=off" installs later in the day.

    I just updated to 5.841 with no problems :-).  but I did notice patched & unpatched my NICs are showing up as...

    was it the /proc/pci folder I'm supposed to email to the beta feedback address?

    /proc/pci is a file, not a folder, and yes, that is probably what they would need.
