[5.816] Blocked email report message broken

The HTML looks broken (can't find a  tag among other things), and results in a truncated display (in FireFox and IE).

The show details and spam-score links do not do anything in FireFox, IE complains about errors when I click them.

Long headers are truncated in the report (but are OK when viewed in the proxy content manager).

The message says "The URL you have requested is blocked by surfprotection." It used (in 5.xx) to say "This e-mail was blocked because it is likely to be spam" which was more accurate.

    The HTML is OK now, and the message says "E-mail blocked" which makes more sense.

    The report wasn't bad in 5.841 (although long headers still got chopped off rather than wrapped or something). but it got very sparse with 5.900. Just the email's date, sender, subject, and score. While this is enough to find it in the Proxy content manager screen, it would be nice to have the other headers in the blocked message report so you can see then without loging into webadmin (especially the spam report so you can see how it got the score it did, since it doesn't show up in the content manager.
