Difficulty loading V6 Beta

We're trying to load ASL V6 beta in our test lab, on a Dell SC420.  NIC cards being used are 3COM 3C906B-T, which use the Broadcom BCM5701 chip.  It seems that we're fine with the HCL.  However, after loading we're unable to log into WebAdmin.  I've tried reloading multiple times, and have put the two NIC cards in every possible combination of PCI slots.  Even tried using the onboard NIC - no dice.  Anyone here experience a similar problem and found a resolution?

    Problem resolved today.  For anyone using the Dell SC420 and Astaro V6 - TAKE NOTE -- you MUST flash the Dell Bios to the latest version (A01).  A BIOS flash fixed the problem.

    We tested the Dell 420SC in our lab successful, therefore we listed the system on our Beta-HCL.
    Our Dell has the Bios-Version (A00) and works fine.
    We have two Intel Pro Dual Port Server Adapter and the Broadcom onboard NIC in it.
    Can you describe the error with a little bit more details please ?
    Are you that your NIC 100% ok ?

    The problem was NIC card related and only resolved itself after flashing to A01.  However, what this might have been is an interaction between the 3Com server NICs and the system BIOS, not the BIOS and ASL.  If you want to try to recreate this issue, find a couple of 3Com 3C906B-T server NICs, install them, and try to load the system with A00.  You won't be able to get into WebAdmin.  We tried multiple loads in every possible configuration here in our lab, and the only thing that fixed it was an update to A01.  

    Another hint for you on the Dell SC420:  we use those machines extensively here for Astaro installations and the onboard NIC is usually trouble.  Is this an issue that V6 attempts to overcome?
