Mine comes through as a email with a bunch of file attachments. ie the report graphs and text don't appear in the body of the email. Instead the email is blank, but with all the data attached.
Maybe it is somehow mutilated by a server in between, or is it delivered to your exchange server directly? If you display the mail "as source", does it look strange or are some parts outright missing?
