So I installed v5.000, upgraded to v5.001, and then imported my config from the lastest v4 (I don't remeber the version number, but I did run up2date before e-mailing my last config file from v4).
Everything has been running alright so far.
Yesterday I was changing some settings on a DNAT/SNAT config, and when I was selected the Service Destination drop down list I relized a service def I added didn't show up. I tried clicking out of the drop down list, but that was the end of my WebAdmin session forever. Now when ever I try to connect to the WebAdmin from the internet I can not connect, when I connect from my internal network everything is fine. Very strange, as I haven't changed any packet filter rules or WebAdmin settings. I tried removing and adding "ANY" to the allowed connections for the WebAdmin, and set my packet filter to All/All/All, so nothing should be blocked, but I still can not connect. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
(On a sidebar here, I notice that some services I defined are still not listing in the Service Destination drop down in the DNAT/SNAT setup... Guess there is a bug there)
The other strange problem I've been having, which started at the same time as my first problem, is that I can no longer use some of my DNAT/SNAT configs. I have SSH, DNS, HTTP all working still, but RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) does not work anymore. It just occured to me at this very moment that RDP is a definition I added, maybe it has something to do with the problem of it not listing my custom service definitions. If that doesn't fix the problem I'm also at a loss as to why that doesn't work.
Anyway, I will update with any thing I find out, anyone else have any ideas?
